We are looking for an F&B Service and Delivery Manager in Germany (m/f/d) who is fluent in German and English to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure that UCI's food and beverage strategy is delivered through our guest-facing cinema and digital touchpoints across Germany, leading the F&B delivery to optimise commercial results, guest and host experience across all our food and beverage (F&B) retail categories.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver and implement the food and beverage strategy into cinemas, creating and leading plans to drive and develop the F&B proposition across Germany
- Lead the F&B Delivery & Service in Germany in line with our vision & values.
- Champion and drive F&B offer development, ensuring F&B standards are defined, any training needs are identified and that colleague feedback is reviewed to drive continuous improvement in planning.
- Build and lead the production element of the annual F&B Trade Plan; the commercial activities designed to drive F&B sales based on the film slate and season. Ensure integration of planning with wider business functions
- Drive for F&B on cross-functional projects including contribution to governance and steering groups - joining together commercial, operational and guest requirements.
- Manage F&B local capex budget, ensuring equipment needs are delivered efficiently. Identify opportunities to improve F&B in cinema, leading business case development.
- Create a test & learn environment and develop processes to support trial, sign-off and implementation of new product launches and format evolution.
- Contribute to category development and Joint Business Planning with key supplier partners. Ensure supplier resources and budget are optimised.
- Collaborate in the implementation of the Food Safety criteria and its audits by F&B in Navitas and Nutricis Management (Allergen Enforcement System).
- Responsible for generating and proposing F&B incentive plan. Responsible for optimizing and improving Shine in the F&B related part.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience of working at a manager level in a retail operational environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence, drive and engage teams remotely.
- Excellent commercial acumen with a deep understanding of budget management and target setting.
- Project management experience with proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organised, methodical with great attention to detail - thrives in a fast-paced environment
